3. Sample Requests - Auto Approval

Last updated: April 27, 2026

Sample requests also come from both Target Collaboration and Open Collaboration. As your shop scales, an increasing number of creators will request samples through Open Collaboration, often creating a higher volume of inbound requests. While the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center allows manual review, handling this volume can quickly become overwhelming.

On Euka’s Sample Requests page, you can filter and evaluate creators beyond the data provided by TikTok Shop. Euka breaks down estimated sales per video using: Average Views × GPM, giving you clearer visibility into each creator’s potential value and where the request originated.

To reduce manual workload, you can set up Auto-Approval Agents using criteria such as:

  • Minimum GMV in the last 30 days

  • Minimum post rate

  • Minimum PPS

  • Minimum estimated sales per video

When there is uncertainty, it’s highly recommended to define tiered approval rules. For example:

  • Auto-approve creators with GMV > $10K and post rate > 70%

  • Manually review creators with GMV between $1K–$10K, focusing on video quality and content fit

Keep in mind that GMV in the past 30 days is dynamic. Some creators may appear inactive recently, but have strong historical sales performance. Rejecting creators based solely on recent GMV may cause you to miss high-potential partners.

Platform Rules to Note

  • TAP free sample requests expire in 3 days

  • Standard free sample requests expire in 7 days

To avoid missing top-performing creators, operators should:

  • Review requests at least 3 times per week, or

  • Enable auto-approval rules to ensure timely responses as volume scales
