3. Email Campaigns

Email campaigns are ideal when your TikTok Shop outreach is restricted by low affiliate GMV, or when you want to engage top-performing creators whose TikTok inboxes are already flooded.

For high-performance creators, DMs often get buried quickly—your message may be seen once and then disappear. Email provides a more direct and reliable channel to stand out.


Step 1: Set Up Your Email Accounts

Before launching an email campaign, you’ll need to connect your sending emails.

  1. Go to Outreach → Email Campaigns → Manage Emails

  2. Add one or multiple email accounts

    1. If your email service has daily sending limits, you can connect to multiple emails to increase volume

  3. Regularly check your connected email inboxes to monitor creator replies

Important: When using multiple email accounts, make sure no responses are missed. Also, be mindful that sending a high volume of emails from the same account may result in being flagged as spam.


Step 2: Create Message Templates

Go to Outreach → Email Campaigns → Message Templates to create reusable templates based on your current focus.

You can create different templates for:

  • Specific products

  • Incentive campaigns

  • Competitor creator lists

  • Seasonal promotions


💡Best Practices for Email Content

  • Personalize the message as much as possible

  • If targeting competitor creators, mention their existing content, for example:

  • “We loved the video you made for [Brand/Product Name]

  • Leads with creator value first — highlight perks like retainer opportunities, incentives, or ad boosts

  • Use [creator first name] to personalize greetings

  • Automatically reference creator-specific details where available


Step 3: Launch a New Email Campaign

Once your emails and templates are ready:

  1. Go to Outreach → Email Campaigns → + New Campaign

  2. Choose your message template

  3. Select creators using:

    1. Built-in filters (similar to outreach agents), or

    2. Your own uploaded lists via Outreach → My Lists

  4. Review and launch your campaign

The workflow is similar to outreach agents, making it easy to switch between TikTok outreach and email outreach depending on your limits and goals.
